This book builds on and describes how to apply the interaction Styles model, which was developed by Linda Berens in the US, and published in 2001 It is based on research she carried out over 20 years into personality type and temperament (Carl Jung, Keirsey and Bates), and it also draws on work on observable behavior patterns (such as Merrill and Redi's social styles theory that was further developed by Bolton and Bolton, and the work of Marston, Geier and Downey).
